Hi. Welcome to ESP Training Website. The purpose of this Site is
to give you a complete Business Building System that provides all the
"tools and resources" that you need to be successful in your ESP
Business. The Plan is a fully integrated System and training method
that anyone can follow. If you want to know how to do something,
find someone successful and model their behavior. This
Plan works for us and it can work for you too. If you are going to
successful you must follow a System. Webster's Dictionary defines
a System as "an organized or established procedure that assures a
desired outcome." A successful outcome is guaranteed if
you execute This Plan and learn how to duplicate it with in your
business.
The
key to success with ESP and Our Plan is simplicity. When properly done
our system becomes a no-brainer but it is so powerful because it puts
into play a cycle of duplication and momentum and is driven by a need
for corporate housing across the country.
The
foundation of this Plan is teamwork. Teamwork between ESP
management and ESP Network
members. The Plan is designed to
be a venture
with the Manger and the Network member. A manager has the
responsibility of working together with new members to help them
complete their training and get off to a fast and productive start.

Principles of Success:
Be Coach able:
In
the business world, all successful people surround themselves with
mentors and coaches. The reason these individuals are successful is
because they listen to their coach and act on what they are taught.
I've seen a lot
of people too smart to be successful, but I've never seen anyone that
can be coached fail. Don’t
reinvent the wheel.
It’s all been tried before and a proven, simple System has been
developed. This Plan is your blueprint for success.
Take Immediate Action:
A sense of urgency is probably the most critical individual factor in
determining success. You must take immediate action or you will lose
focus and fail. A new member has only a few weeks before
they decide if
they like any opportunity or not. Maybe even less. The key is to take
enough action fast enough to see some results. If you don't get
successful results under your belt right away then you may not have
any staying power. The Manager must work
with the new Network Member from the first day to create activity and
assure results!
Be Committed:
Without commitment you can not accomplish anything of value. It's as
simple as the flip of a mental switch but it's the difference between
failure and victory. There is no success without commitment.
Commitment must be exclusive of feelings. Commitment is doing the
things that you said you would do, long after the mood you said them in
has passed.
Furthermore there is no commitment without involvement. Plan on being
actively involved or you will fail. I've never seen anyone achieve
success in
anything that didn’t work at it diligently everyday. You
won't be any different. This is not magic. It takes hard work
and sacrifice but opportunities like this don’t come along every day.
You must seize the moment while you still can regardless of the cost. |
